Strong Mayor?

Measure A will be on the November 3 ballot. It is called the Mayor Accountability Act but is referred to as "Strong Mayor" since the focus is on giving a larger role to the Mayor. The Natomas Community Association's meeting on Wed. Sept. 16 at 6:30 will feature Vice Mayor Jeff Harris and why he opposed this initiative.
